On 16 March 2021, Ministry of Tourism issued a Notification on Granting Grace Period for Waiver of Monetary Penalty Imposed on Tourism Service Business. According to the foregoing Notification, due to the reason that Covid19 Pandemic has yet been curbed, Tourism Service Operators (such as hotel, guesthouse, restaurant, pub, night club, et cetera) that fail to renew tourism license in time or fail to apply for tourism license are granted grace period for waiver of monetary penalty until 31 December 2021.
