Mrs. NEOU CHANSOCHEATA was admitted to the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia in 2006 following a rigorous lawyer training at Center for Lawyers Training & Legal Professional Improvement of Cambodia.

With extensive experience in legal profession, Mrs. SOCHEATA has involved with many civil societies’ projects and represent clients before the civil court of the Kingdom of Cambodia. In addition to legal practices, Mrs. SOCHEATA is Lecturer of Law at Royal University of Law and Economics.

Mrs. SOCHEATA graduated Bachelor of Laws from Royal University of Law and Economics in 2004 and Master of Laws in 2009. Mrs. SOCHEATA has also frequently attended workshops organized by both national and international institutions. Mrs. SOCHEATA speaks Khmer and English and is conversant in Japanese.
