As a former intern and legal assistant of legal office at a micro-finance Institute, Sonith was a student who finished a Bachelor of Laws degree at Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE). As an Associate at KNC & Associates Law Firm, he also currently attending a Dual Master Degree of International Business Law at RULE incorporation with Université Libre De Bruxelles (ULB). Sonith is in charge of work including business registration and update company/enterprise information, applying for certificates company compliance to the Labour Law, Registration of Construction and Interior Design Company, Drafting Sale and Purchase, Lease, Loan, and Hypothec agreements, ownership transfer registration on immovable property and immovable property first registration, hypothec and hypothec de-registration.
