After graduating from law school in 2006, Mr. KIM SOCHEAT was selected to participate in a one-year lawyer training organized by Center for Lawyers Training & Legal Professional Improvement of Cambodia, and was successfully admitted to the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia in 2009.

Throughout his career, Mr. SOCHEAT has worked for non-governmental organization, trade unions and law firms pertaining to criminal law. Mr. SOCHEAT speaks Khmer and English.
