Oudom graduated Bachelor degree of law at Royal University of law and Economics in 2013.Together after graduated Bachelor degree of law, He joined non-governmental organization at International Bridges to Justice, Dy Oudom was a Lawyer Assistant at one of the top organization in Cambodia. At KNC & Associates Law Firm, he is practicing skill as an attorney at law. He is responsible for general corporate and commercial matters, drafting business agreements, and represent and litigate in dispute resolution in both criminal and civil cases. Oudom is fluent in English and Khmer Languages.
